>> Omnichannel approach (store pick up, Loyalty scheme, vertical brands within cosmos sport shops)

>> measure the customer’s satisfaction through digital means both offline and online (e-satisfaction)


Michael Tsiknakis

Michael Tsiknakis was born in Heraklion Crete. He is an Economist by degree, graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and holds an MSc in Finance from University of London, Birkbeck College. He used to teach Economics and Finance at an English University’s Franchise in Greece while lecturing in various seminars for Business Associates. He has been working in Retail Sportswear Business since 2001, at Cosmos Sport sa, where now holds the position of CEO. He is the founder of cosmossport.gr, the best online sportswear shop in Greece according to the e-volution awards. In December 2011, he was elected as Board member at the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce and Industry, while recently carries on a business as a business consultant, particularly focused on digital business.
