Elena Marinoni

   Trend forecaster and strategic marketing consultant,  Consumer & Mindstyles Trendwatching Director at Milano Retail Tour (MiRT). Elena studies consumption and retailing trends, emerging lifestyles and contemporary aesthetics. She works with many top international companies to tune in with demand evolutions to support new products development and innovation funnels.

    Over the years, she has developed a significant competence in such areas as fashion, design, lifestyles, luxury scenario, consumption trends, advanced forms of retail, brand strategic positioning. She is professor of New narrative and contemporary perspectives in fashion promotion, Sociology of Consumption and Trends Analisys at Istituto Marangoni. She is visiting lecturer at a number of international universities such as Politecnico di Milano, Facultade di Santa Marcelina (Sao Paulo), Universidad IberoAmericana (Città del Messico), Pearl Academy (New Delhi), NIFT Institute (Mumbai), Donghua Univerisity (Shanghai), Tsinghua University (Beijing). She is artistic director for the Capri Trendwatching Festival.
